I’d usually skip material like this as it’s almost always rumour. However, this seems to be fact. Penn Badgley, 23, and Blake Lively, 24, ha, have ended their three-year-long relationship. A rep for the couple confirms the news to Us. They actually split some time ago; according to the rep, they’ve been apart since mid-September. So, it took about six weeks to make the announcement.
